Software & Platforms
Software development, technology platforms and the systems engineering behind them.
VTS Holding owns, supports and develops technology-driven businesses. The companies in our group build the products and serve the customers; we provide ownership, direction and long-term stewardship.
VTS Holding is a parent company, not an operating business. We don't sell software, marketing or hosting — the businesses we own do that, each in its own market and under its own name.
Our role sits one level up: deciding where the group goes, allocating capital and attention between businesses, and making sure each company has the governance, planning and support it needs to do its work well.
"The operating companies serve their customers. We provide ownership, governance and long-term direction."
The companies in the group work across a connected set of digital fields. Each operates in its own market, under its own name and with its own team.
Software development, technology platforms and the systems engineering behind them.
E-commerce and business-to-business services — the commercial layer of the digital economy.
Hosting, infrastructure and streaming — the foundations that digital businesses run on.
Monetization and the day-to-day digital operations that keep online businesses healthy.
As a matter of policy, the group does not publicly detail its individual holdings. The portfolio evolves as businesses are built, acquired and developed.
Ownership is work. These are the things the holding does for the businesses in the group — concretely, not ceremonially.
Each company knows where it's going and why, and how that fits what the rest of the group is doing.
Resources go where they earn the most for the group's long-term health — which is sometimes not the loudest project.
Experience gained across the group informs the guidance and oversight each business receives.
Helping each business plan and provision the resources it needs — while each company owns and operates its own.
When initiatives involve more than one company, the holding facilitates alignment between them — each company acting under its own management.
Clear accountability, honest reporting and the discipline to act on what the numbers say.
We are owners, not traders. The intention behind every company in the group is to build something durable — businesses that are still healthy, still improving and still worth owning many years from now.
That horizon changes behavior. It favors operational discipline over quick wins, reinvestment over extraction, and patience over noise.
We're interested in talking with people who run or are building technology businesses, and with companies where a conversation could benefit both sides.
