Director of Operations

We are looking for a profile that will help fulfill the growth plan of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as the coordination between them. The position can be in person or virtual, although working from a coworking space is recommended.

The main work is to ensure operational efficiency and to collaborate intensely with the financial team, as well as to implement a new operational and administrative culture, with the capacity to lead the management team.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Director of Operations or Business Unit Manager
• Work experience in the digital / Internet world is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven results developing high-performance teams and succession plans
• Strong leadership
• Advanced English and advanced Spanish
